Joined Royal Navy in 1991 as a Marine Engineering Artificer, Joined BAE Systems in 2000 and was part of the Commissioning team from 2004. Was part of Commissioning on the Landing Ship Dock then on to Type 45 before joining the Aircraft Carrier Alliance and part of the Completions team. (2010) Delivered the ACA programme using Co-Console and am now the manager of a small team on Type 26 completions.
