Brett Schroeder is the Co-founder and CEO of Asset Performance Networks. He shares responsibility for the company’s overall strategic direction and management of its long-term growth and profitability.

Mr. Schroeder has more than 30 years of professional experience improving capital project and plant turnaround performance in the energy, petrochemical, and construction industries. Throughout his career, he has specialized in the design and development of digital platforms for turnarounds and capital projects that are widely utilized across the industry. He has led numerous independent readiness and benchmarking reviews for both upstream and downstream operations. Additionally, his involvement in peer assists with various owner-operator teams has equipped him with valuable expertise in risk assessment, as well as project and turnaround governance and assurance

Prior to co-founding AP-Networks in 2000, Mr. Schroeder served as the Vice President of Independent Project Analysis, Inc., a capital project benchmarking firm, and managed the company’s European office in The Netherlands from 1995 through 2000. Mr. Schroeder has a bachelor’s and master’s degree and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
