Mr. Speers is the Study Manager for Solomon’s International Study of Plant Reliability and Maintenance Effectiveness (RAM Study). With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Speers is a dynamic leader with demonstrated success in the management of refining/chemical plants. His broad leadership experience includes management of both production shift teams and multidisciplined asset teams. In addition, he has directed asset teams tasked with developing and implementing strategies for improving safety and environmental performance while meeting production goals. Mr. Speers championed two implementations of plant-wide Operational Excellence projects to improve the effectiveness of interactions between Operations, Maintenance, and Reliability personnel.

Mr. Speers has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University.
