Rashid Muhammad is a nuclear industry professional with 10+ years of experience advancing digital execution, human performance, and project analytics across major construction and refurbishment programs. He holds a Bachelor’s in Human Factors and Information Engineering and a Master’s in Project Management and Sustainable Energy from the University of Toronto.

Rashid’s early career combined human factors and human performance roles supporting control room upgrades, robotic tooling, and safety improvement initiatives. He later transitioned into digital leadership, unifying production analytics with data and systems management. Rashid helped establish a central Digital Solutions department, developed the organization’s digital strategy roadmap, deployed digital field tools, supported material management and 3D/4D/5D modeling, and built enterprise data architecture and real time reporting solutions that modernized nuclear project delivery.
