Maura is the Global Director of Women in Reliability and Asset Management (WIRAM) at the Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP), a network that aims to increase diversity, leadership, and participation of women in the reliability and asset management industry. She collaborates with a team of experts to create a safe space for professional women to explore inquiries around personal, professional, financial, and organizational performance related to sustainability, reliability, and asset management. Her personal aim is to discover, learn, and explore her impact on this world, and her core values are respect, communication, and authenticity.
