This session shares Chevron’s experience integrating Prometheus Scheduler with SAP S/4HANA as part of a broader asset lifecycle and ERP transformation. The project demonstrates how governed integration and extensibility practices can support scalable solutions while remaining aligned with SAP Clean Core principles. 

Working collaboratively, Chevron’s ERP program and Prometheus Group designed an approach that enables efficient work order scheduling while preserving system integrity and minimizing long-term maintenance complexity. 

The presentation will outline key design decisions, governance practices, and collaboration strategies that helped deliver a flexible, upgrade-ready solution without compromising Clean Core standards. 

Attendees will learn how this approach supports long-term maintainability, improves upgrade readiness, and helps control total cost of ownership during large-scale ERP transformations.
