Krissy Key is an engineering and transformation leader at Indorama Ventures with more than 20 years of experience in engineering, continuous improvement, and operational innovation. Since joining Indorama in 2017, she has held roles including R&D Program Manager, Transformation Data Engineer, and Lean Six Sigma Coordinator. Krissy focuses on data-driven and AI-enabled strategies that improve industrial processes and performance. She holds a BS in Textile Science and an MBA from Clemson University and is passionate about using technology, transparent communication, and structured problem-solving to drive meaningful transformation.
