Melina Willis is a Functional Consultant at Prometheus Group. With a diverse background across manufacturing and engineering, she adeptly guides Prometheus clients in their journey towards best-in-class maintenance. She has a strong focus on process optimization and modernization, leveraging Prometheus solutions to help clients standardize and improve efficiency. Before Prometheus Group, Melina worked in various positions at Eaton, from shop floor supervision to divisional project and construction management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt through Eaton.
