Before joining Prometheus Group, Adam served as an Aircraft Engineer in the Royal Air Force, bringing over eight years of hands-on engineering experience in high-reliability, safety-critical environments. He later worked in Reliability Maintenance Engineering at Amazon, where he further developed his expertise in maintenance optimisation and operational performance.
