With nearly two decades in oil and gas, Kevin Springer brings experience spanning field operations, engineering, and project leadership. His career began as a mud engineer working offshore in the US and Norway before moving into advanced downhole tool development, where he built experimental frameworks to translate complex imaging concepts into practical field applications.

Today he serves as a Solutions Architect at Prometheus Group, specializing in Decision Support Optimization (DSO). Over the past seven years, he has partnered with operators to apply DSO in large-scale environments, helping teams consolidate fragmented data, evaluate tradeoffs, and make faster, more informed decisions that improve operational and capital efficiency.
