Registration & Confirmation 

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation and proof of successfully completed payment. Prometheus Group may cancel registrations that remain unpaid or incomplete. Prometheus Group reserves the right to approve or reject any registration at its sole discretion. 

 

Fees, Payment & Inclusions 

All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration via credit card. If an alternative method of payment is requested, attendees should contact events@prometheusgroup.com. Registration fees cover access to conference sessions, ancillary events, materials, and meals specified in the program. Registration fees do not include travel or hotel accommodation costs.  

 

Promotional Rates & Discount Codes 

Promotional or discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. Complimentary passes issued by Prometheus Group are non-transferable without prior approval, non-redeemable for cash, and may only be used for the designated Event. Group discount rates require a single transaction for five or more registrants using the appropriate code at checkout; these rates cannot be applied retroactively or to future transactions made separately. 

 

Cancellation, Refunds & Substitutions 

Cancellations received by April 15, 2026, are eligible for a full refund issued to the original method of payment. Cancellations received after April 15, 2026, or no-shows are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@prometheusgroup.com. This policy applies only to registration fees for the Prometheus Group User Conference and does not apply to hotel accommodations, transportation, or any other related expenses.  

 

If necessary, registrations may be transferred to another eligible attendee. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to events@prometheusgroup.com no later than April 15, 2026, and the new registrant must complete registration and accept these Terms upon transfer. 

 

Event Program & Changes 

Prometheus Group may modify the Prometheus Group User Conference agenda, speakers, format, ancillary events, or venue at any time without prior notice. Prometheus Group is not responsible for any costs, damages, or expenses resulting from program changes or event cancellation, and such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, such as weather, health emergencies, or government restrictions, Prometheus Group will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide virtual alternatives.  

 

Ancillary Activities & Offsite Events 

Participation in optional activities such as networking receptions, dinners, or offsite events is voluntary and at the attendees’ own risk. Participation may require acceptance of third-party terms. Prometheus Group assumes no liability for transportation, third-party services, or incidents occurring outside of official Prometheus Group User Conference venues. 

 

Travel & Accommodation 

Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements, accommodation, and insurance coverage. Prometheus Group is not liable for travel disruptions, delays, or expenses related to attendance at the Prometheus Group User Conference or any ancillary activities. 

 

Code of Conduct 

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Prometheus Group reserves the right to remove any individual in violation of this policy without a refund at its sole discretion. 

 

Media & Privacy 

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by Prometheus Group or its authorized representatives onsite at “the Conference” and all ancillary events associated with “the Conference.” You grant Prometheus Group permission to use such media for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes. Attendees who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings must notify Prometheus Group in writing at events@prometheusgroup.com. Declining to appear may require avoiding certain areas or sessions where recording is in progress.
