Nicole Ascarate leads the Maximo Development team at Mission Support and Test Services (MSTS), supporting the Nevada National Security Sites. As a U.S. Air Force veteran with six years of maintenance management experience at the start of her time at MSTS, Nicole quickly became a subject matter expert in both Maximo and Mobile for Maximo (DataSplice). She plays a central role in user acceptance testing, user support, and development and implementation of all program enhancements. Her practical field perspective and technical expertise help drive successful digital adoption across the enterprise. Outside of MSTS, Nicole helps other organizations with standardization and form creation, and is an animal lover, demanding that everyone show her pictures of their dogs, cats, lizards, fish...whatever pets they may have.
