Rick Pastre is an Operations Specialist at Cardinal Operating Company with more than 20 years of experience in coal-fired power generation. Over the course of his career, he has held several operational roles including Equipment Operator, Unit Control Room Operator, and Operations Supervisor. In his current role, Rick provides oversight and guidance for plant personnel while helping ensure the facility operates safely, reliably, and in compliance with environmental standards. Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending time with his family as a husband and father of two.
